Deposits, Fees and Emergencies

Due to some issues with last minute bookings, boardings, and cancellations I've decided to implement some changes that will hopefully alleviate any further issues and keep my current pricing competitve. Also, I'm providing info to the providers our business uses.

Walks

Last minute unscheduled walks are now $30
Last minute unscheduled walks during the holidays are now $40
If you're scheduled for a walk and I'm unable to access your residence or the pet due to not having the gate code, lockbox and/or keys to the residence, you will still be billed for the walk
If I arrive at your residence and the pet is not home, you will still be billed for the walk.

Boardings

Scheduled Boardings will now have to be booked no later than 2 weeks in advance
If you require a last minute boarding (2 weeks to 72 hours in advance), an additional fee of 20% of the total cost will apply
ALL Boardings will now require a 50% deposit upon booking, and final payment is due 24 hours before pickup.
If you require me to pick up and drop off your pet, the fee will be based on the current walk fee. As of this change it's $20 per trip.

In Case of an Emergency...

In the event of an emergency with your pet, I will utilize the services of Lake Emma Animal Hospital and Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida to care for your pet.
